Patron agrees to deposit by payment method acceptable to Tradeunos, such an additional margin when and as required by Tradeunos, and will promptly meet all margin calls in such mode of transmission as Tradeunos in its sole discretion designates.

Tradeunos may at any time proceed to liquidate Patron's account, and any failure by Tradeunos to enforce its rights hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver by Tradeunos to enforce its rights thereafter.

Tradeunos reserves the right to limit the amount and total number of open positions which patron may acquire or maintain at Tradeunos, and to increase margin requirements in advance of incomes or other news or events, with or without notice, either before such events or retroactively or at any additional time that it deems at its sole discretion.

Orders must be placed, allowing sufficient time to execute and to calculate margin requirements.

Profits deriving from a transaction shall be added to the Patron's account as an added margin, until the transaction is open, and upon the closing of the transaction, as an addition to the available balance for withdrawal.

Losses deriving from a transaction shall be deducted from Patron's account.


Tradeunos may elect to grant a benefit to Patron by depositing bonus amounts in patron's trading account, subject to specific terms and conditions as shall be determined by Tradeunos, at its sole discretion. Bonus amounts may not be withdrawn by patron, unless patron complies with the applicable trading requirements posted on Tradeunos' website as may be amended from time to time or as communicated to patron.

If Tradeunos suspects or has reason to believe that patron has attempted fraudulent action in order to claim a bonus or any other promotion, Tradeunos reserves the right to:

(i) Cancel or reject the bonus promotion, and any associated Trading Agent bonus, at its sole discretion

(ii) To terminate patron's access to services provided by Tradeunos and/or terminate the contract between Tradeunos and the patron for the provision of services.

(iii) To block patron's Account(s) and to arrange for the transfer of any unused balance to patron.

If Tradeunos suspects or has reason to believe that patron has violated the terms and conditions of a bonus offers by hedging positions internally (using other trading accounts held with Four Seasons) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), Tradeunos has the right to cancel bonuses, and any trades or profits associated with patron's account(s).

Bonus promotions may be restricted in certain jurisdictions

Tradeunos reserves the right to cancel or reject bonus promotions at its sole discretion.

Rights and Obligations of the Company

The company is responsible for the technical maintenance of the website and provides round-the-clock access to Users' accounts.

Company is entitled to: - require the user to undergo complete identification if their account is blocked in the result of non-compliance with the present agreement; - use e-mail address of the user to send system newsletters, notifications, as well as marketing information; - deny the user in services rendering without giving a reason; - change the terms of cooperation at its own discretion upon Users notice.

Any documents which are in non-western letters are supposed to be translated to English by an official translator, and the translation must be signed and stamped by the translator; these documents, along with original, should be sent with the patron's recent photo attached on it.

Depositing and Withdrawing

While depositing funds, the information provided should accurately match the patron's account information. Funds transfers from another person or party are strictly prohibited.

Furthermore, we will refuse any third party checks that have not been verified by a managing officer. In case there is any discrepancy in a transaction, the company reserve the right to cancel or refuse the transaction.

Withdrawal of funds through an online payment system is allowed only at the same account or wallet from where it has been deposited.
